Desde Nogales a la Ciudad de México

[Memoria visual del concierto Tengo un Sueño 2019]
Una de las experiencias más gratificantes para un artista es, sin duda alguna, exponer su obra y dar a conocer su trabajo. En octubre del 2019 un grupo de niñas, niños y jóvenes del Taller de Fotografía vivieron la oportunidad de asistir al concierto “Tengo un Sueño”, esto en la Ciudad de México (en el Auditorio Nacional), donde expusieron sus fotografías y su visión del mundo a través de una lente.
Es importante señalar que este Taller de Fotografía se llevó a cabo en conjunto con Semilleros Creativos, programa federal de la Secretaría de Cultura. BYTE y Semilleros han fortalecido una relación simbiótica en Nogales, Sonora y Arizona (pues se trabaja con niñas, niños y jóvenes de ambos lados de la frontera), relación con la que se ha podido llegar a más familias a quienes se les ofrece de manera gratuita y todo el año cursos de arte, cultura y deporte.
En otoño del 2019 Semilleros contaba con más de 20 talleres (de diferentes disciplinas) en todo el Estado de Sonora, y solamente se seleccionó al grupo de Nogales para asistir al concierto y exponer su obra. Esto habla de la trascendencia del trabajo de niñas, niños y jóvenes, así como del trabajo de BYTE y de Semilleros al dar acceso al arte, la cultura y a la actividad física.
En otra ocasión, prometo, les brindaremos una crónica más detallada del viaje, pero hoy les compartimos la memoria visual de esta experiencia única -en muchos sentidos- que vivieron niñas, niños y jóvenes de Nogales gracias a Semilleros y a BYTE.
From nogales to mexico city

One of the most rewarding experiences for an artist is, without a doubt, exhibiting their work and making their work known. In October 2019, a group of girls, boys and young people from the Photography Workshop had the opportunity to attend the concert "I have a Dream" in Mexico City (in the National Auditorium), where they exhibited their photographs and their vision of the world through a lens.
It is important to note that this Photography Workshop was carried out in conjunction with Semilleros Creativos, a federal program of the Ministry of Culture. BYTE and Semilleros have strengthened a symbiotic relationship in Nogales, Sonora and Arizona (since they work with girls, boys and young people from both sides of the border), a relationship with which more families have been reached who are offered in a way free and all year round courses in art, culture and sports.
In the fall of 2019 Semilleros had more than 20 workshops (of different disciplines) throughout the State of Sonora, and only the Nogales group was selected to attend the concert and exhibit his work. This speaks of the importance of the work of girls, boys and young people, as well as the work of BYTE and Semilleros in providing access to art, culture and physical activity.
On another occasion, I promise, we will provide you with a more detailed chronicle of the trip, but today we share with you the visual memory of this unique experience -in many ways- lived by girls, boys and young people from Nogales thanks to Semilleros and BYTE.
