Andrea is a certified yoga and areal yoga instructor from Nogales Sonora. She has employed restorative yoga practices for 10-years and received instructor certification by the International Association of Yoga Yoghismo. In 2015 she was recognized internationally as Yoga Teach of the Year, for trainings she hosted in Sonora, Mexico City, Morelia, San Luis Potosi, and Aguascalientes. In 2015 Andrea also achieved her long-time ambition own her own studio. Since then she has expanded her skill-set, offering classes in Flores de Bach, Meditaciones and sonotherapy.
