Alexander Almogabar

Alexander is a lecturer in institutional and religious anthropology at multiple Universities in Nogales Sonora and Hermosillo Sonora. He currently teaches at the National Pedagogical University, where he lectures on Research Theory and Culture Theory. Alexander earned a Bachelors in social anthropology at the University of Guanajuato, where his thesis, “God in the psychiatric. A study of religious influence in the San Pedro del Monte psychiatric hospital,” earned distinguished honors. Alexander attained a Masters in Regional Studies at the José María Luis Mora Research Institute.  

Alexander’s passion is to promote inclusive, culturally relevant improvements in educational spaces, particularly in the border region.
